• Account information: name, email address
• CV data you provide: work experience, education, skills, languages
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never store card details
• Usage analytics: anonymised page views via Vercel Analytics

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your Swiss CV using AI (Claude by Anthropic)
• To process your payment and manage your account
• To include you in the Talent Pool if you opt in
• To improve the service

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Switzerland via Supabase (EU region). We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / LPD). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Third Parties

• Anthropic — AI CV generation (zero data retention policy)
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Vercel — Hosting and analytics

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at hello@swiss-resume.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Talent Pool

If you join the Talent Pool, your profile (name, role, industry, permit status, languages) is visible to Swiss companies. You can hide or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard.
